Forgoing their traditional holiday gift exchange, members of the Jefferson Garden Club voted to contribute to the Greene County Christian Action Resource Center (ARC) food pantry at the club’s December meeting, a luncheon at the home of longtime member Marilyn Copeland.
Following the meeting, Garden Club publicity chair Dianne Piepel (right) presented a check for $180 to Dianne Blackmer of the ARC.
